Many of you got married, had kids and bought that fancy new DSLR. Now what?

I want to share my knowledge with you and help you better understand your DSLR. Everything we discuss at the workshop will help you gain better knowledge of your DSLR to take beautiful and artistic pictures of your own children. With Fall & holiday season right around the corner, learn how to get the most out of your DSLR investment.

In particular, the workshop covers the following topics:

  • Learn DSLR Capabilities – Getting off the lazy man’s green AUTO mode.
  • Which camera equipment such as lenses are best and why
  • Understand lighting & environment to shoot in any lighting conditions
  • Learn to compose a striking picture
  • Tips & Tricks I use to take photos of children
  • Discover output options and better ways to organize your digital files

This workshop focuses primarily on children and family photography and I will explain it all in easy to understand terms. If you are comfortable shooting your DSLR off Auto mode and consider yourself an intermediate level photographer, this workshop probably isn’t for you. This workshop is limited to 7 people to offer a comfortable, relaxed experience for attendees. So to begin taking better photos of your loved ones, REGISTER TODAY!

I am beyond thrilled to announce that I’ve been accepted as a member of NAPCP (National Association of Professional Child Photographers). NAPCP’s mission is “to promote and support the artistry and integrity of the most talented and creative, and professional child photographers.” I’m honored & excited to be part of such creative community. I hope to continue learning and be inspired through NAPCP.

And to make sure that I include a picture with every blog entry, here’s Jonah doing what he does best. Sucking his thumb and looking SO cute. I can’t get enough of this guy. πŸ˜‰
